By accessing the Salus website or purchasing services from Salus, you agree to the terms outlined below. In these terms, “Salus,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Salus team and business, while “the client” refers to the person or company purchasing or using our services.
Salus provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, and related services. We then provide an analytics dashboard, allowing clients to track their performance and progress. Regardless of your plan, the dashboard is included.The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties.
Clients are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due within 7 days. Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time. Upon cancelling, all Salus products are confiscated except those granted during signup. Those kept by the client often include but are not limited to a website, social media accounts. Those removed often include but are not limited to live analytics and reports, consistent maintenance, etc.
While Salus strives to improve your online presence, we do not guarantee specific financial results or search engine rankings. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
